Terms & Conditions
1. New residential customers can only qualify for promotion if promo code is used when booking installation appointment. New customer must also live within a GoNetspeed serviceable area with above-ground (aerial) utilities.
2. Bandwidth Boost will apply to qualifying customer’s account for the lifetime that they are a GoNetspeed customer. The only exceptions would include:
a. If payments go past due
b. If customer moves to an area that GoNetspeed does not service yet
c. If customer decides to discontinue their service voluntarily
3. Current residential customers must refer one new residential customer. Bandwidth boost will be received once referred individual becomes an active customer. If the billing account of current customer is delinquent or past due, account must be paid in full through current invoice to receive bandwidth boost. If current customer has Standard (150 Mbps) service, they will be boosted to Premium (500 Mbps) service at $50/month. If current customer has Premium (500 Mbps) service, they will be boosted to Gigabit (1000 Mbps) service at $70/month.
4. Wi-Fi enabled bandwidth will be dependent on capability of customer-provided router.
5. Boost Your Bandwidth promotion cannot be used in combination with another promotion.
6. Promotion runs from June 17th, 2021 to August 1st, 2021. Installation appointment of new or referred customer must be booked prior to end of promotion period but installation appointment date can be up to two months after the promotional period end date.
